We help identify the right part and check that it fits your equipment and operating conditions.

Not sure which model fits your plant? Tell us about your needs
Many spare parts in a mine or steel plant are old, worn or no longer listed. Send us whatever information you have: we work from there to identify the right part.
The fastest route: a correct part number usually means a faster offer.
Drawings are treated as confidential and used only for your quotation.
Ideal for old or obsolete equipment with no documentation left.
Add a ruler or tape measure in the photo: it helps a lot.
The serial number matters: the same model can use different parts.
Then we propose up to three options
The part from the original equipment manufacturer, when available in an acceptable lead time.
Same form, fit and function from a qualified manufacturer, often with shorter lead times.
Where it makes sense, a material or design upgrade to extend wear life – always submitted for your approval.
We follow every order along the whole route, so the right part arrives in the right condition, with the right documents.
Regular updates from the manufacturer on progress and dates.
Visual and dimensional checks, and document review before release.
Export packaging and marking as per your purchase order.
Items from different suppliers grouped into fewer shipments.
Customs export clearance and booking by sea, air or road.
To your port, warehouse or site, as agreed in the offer.
Shipped under the Incoterms agreed in the offer, for example:

The questions buyers and maintenance teams ask us most often. Can't find yours?
Ask us directly →We confirm every request and send the offer as soon as the technical review is complete. Complete information – part numbers, drawings, quantities – makes the offer faster. Breakdown requests are handled with priority.
Yes. Tell us it is urgent: we look for the fastest available option, including stock items, equivalent parts and air freight, and tell you clearly what is possible and when.
No minimum applies to spot orders. For scheduled supply agreements, quantities and call-offs are defined together with you.
Both. Every offer states clearly whether a part is original (OEM), a certified equivalent or an upgraded version, so you can choose with full information.
Drawings and technical data are used only to prepare your quotation and are shared only with the manufacturer involved. We can sign a confidentiality agreement if required.
We ship internationally. Transport mode, Incoterms and delivery point are defined in each offer according to the product and destination.
Quotations, correspondence and documents can be handled in English and French.
Send us a part number, a drawing or just a photo. We take it from there.
For these and other products not listed in our catalog, send us your request.
